We have a team of claims professionals who are embedded in our business with claims capability in all of the Stackhouse Poland offices across the UK. Our Claims people work alongside the broking teams to ensure that we know our clients and deliver a claims service which is in keeping with the Stackhouse Poland approach in providing our Clients with a high quality service.

Claims are the “shop window” of Stackhouse Poland and we provide a claim management service that takes as much anxiety out of the claim process as possible We add value by providing a technical well informed and personal service to ensure your claim is settled as soon as possible. We know what Insurers usually require and can advise you of this on day one to enable you to obtain the documents and paperwork required.

We protect your position by ensuring that claims are directed to the correct people. We know that claims can and do happen at any time. Loss Adjusters are at the end of the phone who, will come out and see you if required, give you advice on what you need to do or provide contact details of a plumber or glazier who can be called out to help you.
