We have an opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join our team in High Wycombe to provide an excellent service to our clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements.

Working with a portfolio of clients, you will provide advice and support on their queries and help to increase our insurance income. With excellent negotiation skills, you will confirm terms and quotations, ensuring any renewals remain competitive and identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products. With great attention to detail, you will accurately input all relevant data into our insurance software, ensuring that all instructions are processed and recorded.

With demonstrable experience in a commercial insurance broking environment, you will be accustomed to achieving results and delivering exceptional service to clients.

You’ll be confident and proactive with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, insurers and your work colleagues. A team player, you will also be able to work autonomously, planning your own workload and adapting to sudden changes in the priorities. With good general IT skills, you will be quick to learn our insurance software (Acturis) and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments.

Do you have the relevant experience?

CERT CII qualified or working towards qualification (preferred but not essential)
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Broker experience / knowledge, including sound technical knowledge
Renewal cycle
Mid-term adjustments
Assisting in New Business process
