We have opportunities for experienced insurance professionals to provide an excellent service to our clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements in both Commercial and Private Clients.
As our Commercial Account Handler, you will have experience in a commercial broking environment and will provide advice and support to a portfolio of clients. With excellent negotiation skills, you will confirm terms and quotations, ensuring renewals remain competitive, handle mid-term changes, address day to day queries, mentor other colleagues and identify opportunities to cross-sell other products.
As Our Private Clients Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing advice to clients and ensuring that instructions relating to the provision of insurance cover are properly administered and processed. The role requires effective client communication skills, good organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
For both roles, you will be CERT CII qualified or working towards the qualification. A team player, you will also be able to work autonomously, planning your own workload and adapting to sudden changes in the priorities. With good general IT skills, you will be quick to learn our insurance software (Acturis) and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments.
